WHAT TYPE OF GOLD DO YOU WORK WITH?
All our jewellery is made of 18K gold, which can be verified by the official “750” stamp on the jewel.
On our website most images are in 18K yellow gold but on our webshop the client can choose their preferred color of 18K gold: yellow, white or pink gold.
Prices are the same for any of these colors.
We do not work with any other materials such as silver or plated gold.
DO YOU ENGRAVE?
Most jewellery can be engraved. You can send us a picture with an image, specific font, text,… and we will discuss what is possible. During check-out we have foreseen an extra information field.

CAN YOU RE-USE THE GOLD /DIAMONDS OF OLD JEWELLERY?
The gold of an 18K old jewellery piece can be melted and sold at day price, but we don’t re-use the old gold because the quality is below standard for the production of new jewellery. Diamonds can be reused.
DOES STAVROS USE RECYCLED GOLD?
Yes, we only use recycled 18K gold for our jewellery.
DO YOU USE NATURAL OR SYNTHETIC DIAMONDS?
We only use the real deal – natural diamonds.
WHERE IS YOUR ATELIER?
Our atelier is in Diamond district area in Antwerp.
WHERE CAN WE TRY ON ALL YOUR JEWELLERY?
At one of our retailers or at our showroom in the south area of Antwerp (5min from the museum of fine arts). Contact us at info@stavrossisters.com for an appointment at our showroom.
DO YOU MAKE CUSTOM MADE DESIGNS?
Custom made designs are possible, but needs to be discussed with the design team. Queries are possible by email: info@stavrossisters.com.
WHAT IF SOMETHING HAPPENS DURING SHIPMENT?
For shipments we use Intex, a secured and insured shipping company.
DO WE GET A CERTIFICATE OF OUR JEWEL?
Diamonds of more than 0,50 cts are always certified by an official grading lab (GIA, IGI, HRD Antwerp,…). Smaller diamonds or jewellery can be certified by an official lab on request and with an additional cost.
We also have our own certificate document with the full description of your jewel which can be requested any time and is free of charge.
