WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME
The jewellery sold on stavrossisters.com is manufactured after its order.
The manufacturing lead-time for jewellery ordered on the site is approximately 2-4 weeks after the payment has been received.
We do have a limited stock of our pieces, so if you have an urgent order please contact us so we can let you know if a fast delivery is possible.
Stavrossisters.com will keep the user updated by e-mail on the manufacturing process and shipment.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Worldwide secured & insured shipping is included in the price for orders over €250. Below €250 we charge €20.
Products are delivered to the address indicated by the user at the time the order is placed.
You can also choose for a free pick up at our showroom in Antwerp.
WHICH SHIPPING COMPANY DO YOU USE?
Delivery is handled by Intex, a secured and insured shipping company, within EU and outside EU.
LOSSES, DAMAGES OR CLAIMS
In the event of delays, loss of products ordered or strikes which are due to the postal services or carrier, the customer must take the appropriate action directly with the postal services or carrier.
In order to ensure that products arrive in perfect condition and are protected during transport, all products are carefully packed by stavrossisters.com in accordance with applicable standards. Customers must check the packaging and the products at the time of delivery.
Any transport related anomaly must be communicated to the carrier or its representative immediately, on the transport document, or within not more than 3 days (including public holidays) after delivery (as per postmark). A copy of this notification is to be sent to stavrossisters.com by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, and by email (info@stavrossisters.com), in accordance with the same deadlines.
Any problems concerning the items delivered (damaged, missing articles, broken or faulty items, etc.) must be communicated to stavrossisters.com within 3 days (including public holidays) after delivery (as per postmark). This notification, stating all the user’s reservations and claims relative to the nonconformity of the products delivered or defects, is to be sent by e-mail (info@stavrossisters.com) and by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to:

No claims will be accepted after this period.
RETURNS
The user has the right to return or exchange the jewellery within 15 days after delivery to the user. The user notifies Stavrossisters.com by e-mail of its intention to return the jewellery. Shippings costs with regard to the return, are for the account of the user. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. The returned item should be undamaged and in the same conditions as on the moment it was purchased. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment
With regards to customized jewellery, the user does not have any right of withdrawal, or right of exchange or return.
